The digital world seems too polished to me in a way. Instead of creating a so-called blissed-out heaven, what I want to show is just a simple imaginary future without humankind, and display the virtual landscapes that change back and forth between imagination and reality in this series of works.

In "THE PERFECT PROGRESSIVE FUTURE", geometric symbols are deformed with an orderly regularity, floating above the natural cityscape in vivid tones, which are both a combination of the digital world and the real landscape, and represent the artist's subjective imagination of a perfect future vision of humanity.
Geographical landscape has both natural attribute characteristics and carries rich historical and social cultural information. This objectively requires people to examine the socio-cultural attribute characteristics of the landscape from the dimension of spatial information.The whole world is a combination of countless geographical landscapes, which contain a large number of ineffable messages and symbols, and our understanding of the world and self comes from our absorption and feedback of these symbols.
Sarah combines the principles and methods of symbols to summarize the geographic and cultural information features of the landscape with the help of visual digital language. These geometric symbols have the function of human language and become a language tool to characterize geospatial information features and landscape culture, and at the same time, the pursuit and interpretation of the meaning behind things are in line with people's thinking habits and cognitive laws.
In the process of creation, the artist tries to find the connection between space and symbols in the real world, and tries to express subjective perceptions in this eclectic landscape world: "Could they be some hidden but unseen signals? Or is it just my pure imagination?"And it leads to some fundamental questions about this material world: What is the meaning of our existence? How should we interact with the physical space we are in?
